Configure Yepsta Pay Settings and Invoice Automation
Use Main Settings → Payment Settings to manage the connected Razorpay account, deposit account, collection availability and invoice automation.
Review the connected account
Section titled “Review the connected account”Open Manage Razorpay and check connection status, account verification, connection method, deposit account, webhook readiness where shown and Online collection availability. Use Refresh availability after a recent Razorpay capability change.
The deposit account is used to track deposits received through Razorpay. Choose the correct accounting account for the business instead of using a temporary placeholder indefinitely.
Configure invoice automation
Section titled “Configure invoice automation”- Under When an invoice is issued, turn on Create a payment link automatically.
- Optionally turn on Share by Email and/or Share by WhatsApp.
- Keep Check pending payments automatically on when you want Yepsta to check active requests if provider delivery is delayed.
- Select Save invoice collection settings.
- Issue one safe Invoice and verify the request, sharing log and eventual Invoice payment before wider use.
Automatic sharing requires automatic Payment Link creation. Email and WhatsApp still depend on customer contact data, notification preferences, channel readiness, approved template mapping and WhatsApp credits where applicable.
Understand failure isolation
Section titled “Understand failure isolation”Invoice creation remains successful even when Razorpay is temporarily unavailable. The Invoice stays authoritative, and the collection or sharing problem appears separately for review. Do not issue a duplicate Invoice to retry online collection.
