Configure Loyalty and Reward Rules
The Loyalty Center brings together invoice reward rules, review rewards, coupon redemption, wallet balances and analytics. Reward Rules determine how points are credited when eligible invoices become fully paid.
Create a reward rule
Section titled “Create a reward rule”Open Loyalty Center → Reward Rules, then select New Reward Rule or Create Rule.
Define earning logic
- Enter a clear Rule Name.
- Choose All Locations or one location. A matching branch rule takes priority over the global fallback.
- Choose Applies To: All Items, Services Only or Products Only.
- Choose Spend Based or Flat earning logic.
- Enter the spend amount and points, or the flat points per fully paid invoice.
- Optionally set Minimum Invoice, Max Points / Invoice, Starts At and Ends At.
- Turn on Rule Active only when the rule is approved, then save.
An active matching rule is resolved when an invoice is fully paid. The customer wallet receives the points once for that invoice.
Change or pause a rule
Section titled “Change or pause a rule”Use Edit to correct its configuration. Use the status action to make it inactive when earning should stop. Existing wallet transactions remain part of the customer history; changing a rule is not a replacement for a documented correction.
