Create and Redeem Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers have two stages: a reusable template defines the offer, and a unique voucher code is issued after a voucher sale is fully paid.

Create a voucher template

Section titled “Create a voucher template”

Open Loyalty Center → Gift Vouchers, select Templates, then Create Template.

Define the voucher offer
  1. Enter the template name, selling price and voucher value.
  2. Set the code prefix and validity days, or leave the validity unlimited when that is the approved policy.
  3. Choose one location or All locations.
  4. Add the description and terms customers should see.
  5. Turn on Active — Available for sale when the template is ready.
  6. Save and review the template.

The Public Page setting is reserved for a later public-sale flow. Use POS or a manual invoice for the current supported sale.

Sell and issue a voucher

In POS or Create GST Invoice, add the active Gift Voucher template as an item and complete the customer and payment workflow. The unique code is issued only after the invoice is fully paid. An unpaid invoice produces the code when payment is later completed.

Gift-voucher quantity is fixed to one per voucher line. Manual and coupon discounts are disabled on a voucher invoice; set any intended difference between selling price and voucher value on the template.

Redeem into wallet credit

Redeem a voucher in the business dashboard
  1. Open Loyalty Center → Gift Vouchers → Issued Vouchers.
  2. Enter the voucher code in the redemption area.
  3. Select the correct existing customer.
  4. Add a redemption note when useful.
  5. Select Redeem & Add Wallet Credit.
  6. Confirm the voucher status and the customer’s business-specific wallet transaction.

Customers can also use Customer Portal → Vouchers → Redeem Voucher for an eligible code.
