Shop and Place an Order in the Public Store
Customers can use a business’s public Yepsta store without entering the secure business dashboard.

Section titled “Browse and order”Open the business’s Store link from its public profile or approved custom domain.
Place a public store order
- Browse or search active products and filter by the categories and options shown by the store.
- Open a product to review its description, images, price and GST information.
- Add the required quantity to the cart.
- Open the cart, check each item and adjust or remove quantities as needed.
- Continue to checkout and enter your name and mobile number.
- Enter email or address when the store requires it.
- Choose Delivery or Pickup from the options offered by the business.
- Add a concise customer note only when needed.
- Review the order and select the order action.
- Keep the order number shown on the success page or in the WhatsApp handoff.
The store may enforce a minimum product subtotal. Delivery and pickup availability, required fields and post-order WhatsApp behavior depend on the business’s settings.
What happens after submission
Section titled “What happens after submission”Yepsta saves the order as Pending and Unpaid for the business to review. Submitting the order does not collect online payment or guarantee that the business has confirmed stock and fulfilment. The business may contact the customer, confirm the order, create an invoice and provide payment or fulfilment instructions.
Protect your information
Section titled “Protect your information”- Use the business’s published Yepsta link or approved custom domain.
- Never enter a card number, banking password, OTP or account credential in customer notes or WhatsApp order text.
- Confirm the business identity before making any payment outside the store.
- Keep the order number, but do not post customer contact or address publicly.
