Run Review Rewards and Redeem Coupons

Review Rewards define the benefit associated with the review reward flow. Redeem Coupons is the staff workspace for validating and consuming an issued review coupon.

Configure a review reward

Section titled “Configure a review reward”
Add a reward campaign
  1. Open Loyalty Center → Review Rewards and select New Reward.
  2. Choose Reward Type: flat amount, percentage discount, free item, buy-one-get-one, loyalty points or thank-you only.
  3. Enter the Reward Title, description and value when that reward type requires one.
  4. Set Valid Until when the campaign has an end date.
  5. Choose Active or Inactive, then save.

Only one review reward can be active for the business at a time. Saving or activating another reward as active deactivates the previously active campaign.

Redeem an issued coupon

Section titled “Redeem an issued coupon”
Validate and redeem a claim
  1. Open Loyalty Center → Redeem Coupons.
  2. Search by the customer’s email or mobile number when you need to inspect matching claims.
  3. Select Redeem Coupon.
  4. Enter the coupon code exactly as presented.
  5. Confirm the customer and reward details, then select Redeem Now.
  6. Confirm the claim now shows Redeemed and records its redemption time.

The code must belong to the current business and must not have been redeemed before.
