Use the Customer Self-service Portal

The Customer Portal is separate from the business dashboard. Customers use a one-time password to see records matched to their verified email or mobile number.

Access the portal
  1. Open the business’s Customer Portal link, ending in /customer/login.
  2. Enter the email address or mobile number that the business has on the customer record.
  3. Select Request OTP.
  4. Enter the six-digit code sent by email or WhatsApp.
  5. Select Verify and login.

If the contact detail does not match the business record, the linked business and its records may not appear. The customer can update and verify a new email or mobile under Profile, but the business may still need to correct its own customer record.

  • Bookings — review appointments and, when business policy allows, reschedule or cancel an upcoming booking.
  • Bills — see invoice totals, GST split, payment history and download a customer-safe PDF.
  • Orders — review linked storefront orders and reorder currently available items.
  • Rewards — see points and business-specific store credit. Points are read-only in the portal.
  • Packages — review prepaid package or membership status, balance, expiry and recent usage.
  • Vouchers — view assigned vouchers and redeem an eligible code into the selected business’s store credit.
  • Profile — manage the global portal display name and verified login identities.

Confirm the customer signed in with the same email or mobile used for the booking, invoice, order or customer profile. Ask an authorized business user to correct duplicates or contact details; never ask the customer to share their OTP.
