Navigate Yepsta

Yepsta groups business work in a permission-aware sidebar. On smaller screens, open the navigation menu to see the same destinations available to your account.

Main setup and team labels

• My Workspace: My Appointments, My Schedule, My Leave, My Financials and My Payslips for managers and staff.
• Business: Locations and Manage Availability.
• Catalog & Inventory: Service Categories and Services.
• Team: Manage Staff, Compensation Profiles, Commission Manager, Performance Analytics and Payroll Reports when permitted.
• Administration: User Management for owners.
• Settings: Business Identity, Locations & GST, Social & Public Links, Team Access and Account Settings.

Keep the correct context

Before changing a record, confirm:

• the page heading and action you opened;
• the selected location shown on the page;
• whether you are editing an operational profile or dashboard login;
• whether the role has permission to complete the task.

Yepsta does not use one universal location switch for every module. Select or confirm the branch inside the screen you are working on.

Tip

Use application Global Search for a permitted business record and Help Centre search for instructions. Both support Ctrl + K or ⌘ + K, but only in their respective application.

Important information

Do not use a hidden or bookmarked route to bypass navigation. Yepsta still applies owner, permission, location and subscription checks.

Sign out safely

Use the account controls to sign out, especially on a shared device. Closing the browser window does not reliably end the session.
