Search the Help Centre

Help Centre search finds published documentation. It does not search customers, appointments or other business records.

Use Search in the Help Centre header. On a desktop keyboard, press Ctrl + K or + K while the Help Centre is active.

Search by task or screen label
  1. Open Help Centre search.
  2. Enter a short task such as “service variant”, “staff availability” or “location limit”.
  3. Review the title and description of each result.
  4. Open the guide that matches the screen and outcome you need.
  5. Check its prerequisites and permission notes before following the steps.
  • Use the exact label visible in Yepsta when you know it.
  • Search for the outcome rather than a full sentence.
  • Try a parent term such as “services” if a detailed phrase has no result.
  • Browse the sidebar when you know the category.

Search runs in the Help Centre’s local index. It does not send your query to a customer-record search service.

The Help Centre currently covers onboarding, business identity, locations, availability, services, staff and team access. Additional modules are added only after their workflows are verified. Use Support for a task that is not yet documented.
