Build Your Public Profile with Website Manager

Website Manager is a structured editor for your Yepsta public profile. It is not a free-form page builder.

Open Online Presence → Website Manager.

Configure brand and profile sections
  1. On Brand & Gallery, choose a Brand Color, add the primary CTA label, tagline and public description.
  2. Add a profile image, cover image and approved business-gallery images.
  3. Open Sections Manager and turn the required sections on or off: Services, Gallery, Products, Offers, Google Reviews, Contact and Location Selector.
  4. Open Social Links and add each link’s type, customer-facing label, URL, sort order and active state.
  5. Save each section, then use Preview to check the public result.

Business identity in Settings supplies the core business record. Website Manager controls how the supported public content is presented. A section toggle does not repair missing or inactive source data—for example, the Services section still needs active, bookable services.

Open Location Overrides, then choose the location.

Prepare a branch profile
  1. Enter an optional Public Display Name and CTA Label Override.
  2. Add the public phone, WhatsApp number, email and address.
  3. Add the map and Google-review URLs only after testing them.
  4. Enter short public Announcement Text when needed.
  5. Keep Branch website active on when this location should be publicly available.
  6. Add an approved location cover and gallery.
  7. Save and preview the location.

Location overrides take priority for that branch. Without an override, the public profile uses the relevant business or location details already stored elsewhere.

  • Use images you own or are allowed to publish.
  • Obtain consent before publishing identifiable people.
  • Keep important content clear on both desktop and mobile crops.
  • Never publish private customer or staff details, internal notes, credentials, GST working data or private operational instructions.
  • Test every public link in a private browser window.
