Quick Start Guide
Use this sequence to build a dependable foundation before your team starts operational work.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”Gather the owner email, business WhatsApp mobile, approved identity, primary-location address, GST details when applicable, services, prices, durations, staff responsibilities and weekly working hours.
Recommended setup sequence
Section titled “Recommended setup sequence”Prepare the business workspace
- Create the owner account and verify its email.
- Complete onboarding, including required WhatsApp mobile verification, primary location, timings, GST/billing and an active subscription.
- Review Business Identity under Settings and correct customer-facing or legal details.
- Check Locations and complete branch contact, GST and invoice identity under Settings → Locations & GST.
- Set business availability for each branch.
- Create service categories and subcategories so customers and staff can find offerings consistently.
- Create standard services or service groups with variants, including duration, buffer, price, GST and capacity.
- Create staff profiles, select the correct location and assign exact bookable services.
- Add staff availability with working days, shift times and breaks.
- Give dashboard access only when needed, then review Manager and Staff permissions in Settings → Team Access.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”The business has the core records needed for location-aware booking and team operations. Test with a non-sensitive sample workflow before relying on the setup for customers.
