Verify Your Mobile Number

Yepsta verifies that the business can receive messages at its registered Indian mobile number. In the active onboarding flow, verification is required before you can continue and launch the business.

  • Complete owner-email verification first.
  • Keep the business phone nearby with access to WhatsApp.
  • Enter the business number with the correct Indian country code.

The Mobile step appears during business onboarding. If verification is still incomplete later, Review and launch shows the verification panel again.

Complete WhatsApp mobile verification
  1. Enter the current business mobile number.
  2. Select Send WhatsApp OTP.
  3. Open the WhatsApp message and find the six-digit code.
  4. Enter the code in Yepsta and select Verify Now.
  5. Wait for the Verified confirmation before continuing.

The resend control becomes available after a 30-second cooldown. An OTP expires after 10 minutes, and too many incorrect attempts require a fresh code. If the final review still says the number is not verified, correct the number there, request a new OTP and verify it; the page reloads after a successful check.

  • Confirm that the phone number is valid and can receive WhatsApp messages.
  • Wait for the resend countdown instead of making repeated requests.
  • Request a fresh code if the previous code expired or reached its attempt limit.
  • If Yepsta reports that it could not send the OTP, try once more after the cooldown and then contact Support with the time and masked number. Never include the OTP.
