Review Delivery Logs and Business Alerts
Use the Logs tab to investigate event-driven delivery. Use the bell’s Business Alerts inbox for in-app operational notifications addressed to your business, location or user.
Filter delivery logs
Section titled “Filter delivery logs”- Open Communication → Notification Centre → Logs.
- Filter by recipient, date, event, channel or status.
- Open the relevant row and check its event, audience, destination, status and time.
- Review the displayed failure or skip reason and credit cost.
- Correct the prerequisite before triggering the business event again.
Current statuses include Queued, Sending, Sent to provider, Delivered, Failed and Skipped. Sent to provider is not the same as delivered; WhatsApp delivery can update later.
Failed or skipped records can result from an invalid destination, disabled event mapping, unavailable provider or template, insufficient credits or a provider rejection. The business-facing Logs tab does not offer a general retry button. Resolve the reason, then repeat the appropriate real business action only when it is safe to do so.
Review Business Alerts
Section titled “Review Business Alerts”- Select the bell, then open Business Alerts.
- Filter by Active, Unread or Read, and by priority or category.
- Choose a 7-, 30- or 90-day range, or all available alerts.
- Open an alert’s action when it is relevant.
- Mark alerts read, mark all read, dismiss an item or clear read alerts.
Business Alerts can cover communication issues, credits and other operations. Dismissing an alert does not correct the underlying delivery problem.
Protect log data
Section titled “Protect log data”Logs can contain customer contact details, event context, payment references or provider responses. Share only the minimum necessary detail with an authorised support contact and redact personal or financial data from screenshots.
