Create and Share a QR Review Code

Each prepared location can have a review QR profile. QR & Review Management provides Preview, Download, Share and Customize tabs for that location.

Open the location QR

Verify the QR profile
  1. Open Locations and select the branch.
  2. Open its QR & Review Management action.
  3. Check the location name and QR status.
  4. Confirm Google routing and private-feedback status.
  5. Select Preview Public Page and complete a safe test scan.

If the page says the QR unlocks after token generation, complete the location setup or ask an owner for help. Do not invent or alter the review link manually.

Customize the poster

Section titled “Customize the poster”

Open Customize to adjust the poster branding, logo, colour and customer-facing presentation. Save poster settings after a logo or colour change so exported assets use the new version.

Keep the invitation factual and neutral. Do not offer a benefit only for a positive rating or tell customers which star rating to choose.

Download assets

Section titled “Download assets”

Open Download or select Download Poster:

  • PNG is suited to digital display, WhatsApp sharing and quick counter print.
  • PDF is suited to a printer-friendly poster workflow.
  • SVG QR is the standalone QR for large-format layout work.

Print a test, scan it at the intended size and distance, and confirm it opens the correct location journey.

Section titled “Share the review link”

Open Share to Copy Link, share to WhatsApp, use the supported social action or open the device’s native share sheet. Send the invitation only to appropriate customers and protect the QR link from misleading placement.
