Understand Loyalty Analytics and Balances

Loyalty Analytics summarizes coupon use, reward points and customer wallet movement for operational review.

Read loyalty performance
  1. Open Loyalty Center → Analytics.
  2. Choose Today, 7 Days, 30 Days, 90 Days or All Time.
  3. Use search to find a coupon, customer or invoice when investigating a specific result.
  4. Review Coupon Redemptions, Discount Given, Points Issued and Wallet Liability.
  5. Use Overview, Coupon History and Points & Wallet to inspect the underlying breakdowns.

The page also distinguishes issued, redeemed and pending coupon claims; store credit issued and wallet used; customers rewarded; and points outstanding.

  • Points Issued is the point activity awarded during the selected reporting context.
  • Points outstanding is the current unconsumed points amount represented in customer wallets.
  • Wallet Liability is the business-specific store credit still available to customers.
  • Discount Given reflects sales-coupon impact, not cash paid out.

The Activity Feed currently indicates that a unified feed is coming later. Use the available coupon and wallet views for current investigation.
