Set Up Public Online Booking
Public booking works when the business, branch, service and staff availability settings agree. Website Manager presents the public CTA; the appointment setup supplies the bookable slots.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”- The business must be live, have an active subscription and have appointments enabled for its business mode.
- The location must be operationally active and Branch website active.
- Services must be active, bookable and assigned to the location.
- Staff must be assigned to the exact services and have working availability.
- Business hours and appointment policies must be complete.
Prepare and test booking
Section titled “Prepare and test booking”Publish a usable booking route
- Confirm the location and its business hours.
- Review each service’s duration, buffer, capacity, active state and location assignment.
- Assign the exact services to the staff who can deliver them, then check staff schedules and leave.
- Review cancellation, rescheduling, no-show and customer-management policies.
- Open Online Presence → Website Manager and keep the Services section on when services should appear on the profile.
- Set a clear primary or location-specific CTA label.
- Save, then select Preview and open the required branch.
- Select the booking CTA and confirm that the intended service and valid slots appear.
- Test from a signed-out private browser without completing an unwanted real booking.
If no slots appear
Section titled “If no slots appear”Check, in order:
- active subscription and business mode;
- public branch status and selected location;
- service active/bookable state and branch assignment;
- exact staff-service assignment;
- business hours, staff schedule, leave and existing bookings;
- service duration, buffers, capacity and appointment policies.
