Set Up Public Online Booking

Public booking works when the business, branch, service and staff availability settings agree. Website Manager presents the public CTA; the appointment setup supplies the bookable slots.

  • The business must be live, have an active subscription and have appointments enabled for its business mode.
  • The location must be operationally active and Branch website active.
  • Services must be active, bookable and assigned to the location.
  • Staff must be assigned to the exact services and have working availability.
  • Business hours and appointment policies must be complete.
Publish a usable booking route
  1. Confirm the location and its business hours.
  2. Review each service’s duration, buffer, capacity, active state and location assignment.
  3. Assign the exact services to the staff who can deliver them, then check staff schedules and leave.
  4. Review cancellation, rescheduling, no-show and customer-management policies.
  5. Open Online Presence → Website Manager and keep the Services section on when services should appear on the profile.
  6. Set a clear primary or location-specific CTA label.
  7. Save, then select Preview and open the required branch.
  8. Select the booking CTA and confirm that the intended service and valid slots appear.
  9. Test from a signed-out private browser without completing an unwanted real booking.
