Configure Your Online Store
Store Manager controls the public Yepsta store, its customer-facing content and how saved orders are handed back to your business.
Enable and identify the store
Section titled “Enable and identify the store”Open Online Presence → Store Manager.
- On Basic Details, turn Store Enabled on when the store is ready for customers.
- Enter Store Name, greeting, country code and WhatsApp number.
- Review the Indian Rupee currency and WhatsApp footer text.
- Choose whether to accept WhatsApp Orders and Normal Orders.
- Choose Delivery, Pickup or both.
- Add the approved store logo and banner.
- Save, then select View Store.
The current public catalog is built from active products in Product Manager. There is no separate product-picker in Store Manager. Product names, categories, descriptions, images, regular prices and sale prices come from the product catalog.
Configure discovery and customer content
Section titled “Configure discovery and customer content”- SEO: choose whether search indexing is allowed, then add the title, description, keywords and social image.
- Popups: optionally configure an Announcement, Offer or WhatsApp CTA, including its delay, message, button and show-once behavior.
- Store Pages: maintain the public About, Privacy, Refund / Cancellation, Shipping / Delivery, Terms and FAQ content.
Publish only policies your business actually follows. Have legal or compliance text reviewed where appropriate.
Configure checkout behavior
Section titled “Configure checkout behavior”On Advanced Settings:
- Set the Minimum Order Amount, if used.
- Choose After Order Save: open WhatsApp directly or show the success page.
- Choose whether customer email and address are required.
- Choose whether WhatsApp opens automatically.
- Add delivery and pickup notes.
- Save and test both permitted fulfilment types.
The current checkout saves the order as Pending and Unpaid. It does not collect an online payment. Payment is handled from the invoice after the business reviews the order.
Check store availability
Section titled “Check store availability”Test the public link in a private browser. Confirm the business and store are live, the Products public section is available, at least one intended product is active, fulfilment choices work, required customer fields are enforced and the order-success behavior is correct.
