Use My Workspace
My Workspace gives managers and staff a personal view of work connected to their linked staff profile. It is hidden from the owner navigation because owners use business-wide modules.
My Appointments
Section titled “My Appointments”Use My Workspace → My Appointments to review today, upcoming, completed, and cancelled or no-show appointments assigned to your staff profile.
My Schedule
Section titled “My Schedule”Use My Schedule to move between weeks and compare staff availability, appointments and approved leave for each day. The schedule is personal; it is not the business-wide Staff Calendar.
My Leave
Section titled “My Leave”Use My Leave to create a request with leave type, start date, end date and optional reason. You can cancel your own pending request. A manager sees a team review queue only when their context permits leave approval.
My Financials and My Payslips
Section titled “My Financials and My Payslips”These entries provide personal financial, payroll and payslip views when their permissions and linked data are available. Detailed payroll configuration and processing are covered separately.
If My Workspace is empty
Section titled “If My Workspace is empty”Check the following with the owner:
- The login role is Manager or Staff.
- The user is linked to the correct staff profile.
- The user and staff profile have the intended location.
- The relevant My Workspace permission is enabled.
- Appointments use the correct service-line staff assignment.
