Sell Products, Services, and Packages with POS

Yepsta POS is a fast billing workspace for products, services, active packages or memberships, and active gift-voucher templates.

Open Sales & Billing → POS.

Build and complete the bill
  1. Select the billing location.
  2. Search Catalog or use All, Services, Products, Packages or Gift Vouchers.
  3. Select each item to add it to Current Bill. Adjust permitted quantities and remove mistakes.
  4. Under Checkout, select an existing customer or enter the details for a new customer.
  5. For an existing customer, review any Package Coverage Available or Membership Discount Available option on each eligible service line.
  6. Apply a valid sales or review coupon, or choose a manual Discount Type and value when permitted.
  7. Review subtotal, benefits, discount, tax and Grand Total.
  8. Choose Cash, UPI, Card or Wallet.
  9. Select Save as Unpaid, or select Create Invoice & Mark Paid after payment is actually received.

Selecting an existing customer is required for wallet payment and for reliable package or membership matching. If you enter a new customer, Yepsta creates the customer record when the bill is saved.

Apply Package Coverage consumes eligible package balance and covers that service line. Apply Membership Discount reduces an eligible service line. They do not stack on the same line. Review every service line before checkout.

Gift vouchers issue a unique code only after full payment. Their quantity is fixed to one and voucher bills do not accept coupon or manual discount; configure the intended selling price on the voucher template.

  • Confirm a billing location is selected and the user has access to it.
  • Add at least one currently available catalog item.
  • Select an existing customer before using wallet or customer-owned package benefits.
  • Confirm the wallet covers the full bill when Wallet is selected.
  • Review package service eligibility and remaining balance.
  • Remove or correct an invalid, expired, already-used or business-mismatched coupon.
  • Review required customer details and every tax/total validation message before retrying.
