Account and onboarding

Section titled “Why can another team member see options that I cannot?”Owners have full business access. Managers and staff see modules enabled for their role in Settings → Team Access, limited further by assigned locations and feature availability.
What is the difference between Staff and User Management?
Section titled “What is the difference between Staff and User Management?”Team → Manage Staff maintains an operational profile: location, services, availability and scheduling identity. Administration → User Management is owner-only and creates dashboard login accounts. A Staff-role user can link to a staff profile.
Is WhatsApp mobile verification required during onboarding?
Section titled “Is WhatsApp mobile verification required during onboarding?”Yes, in the active onboarding flow. The owner email is verified first; the business mobile is then verified with a six-digit WhatsApp OTP. Final review repeats the verification panel if it remains incomplete.
Can a business have more than one location?
Section titled “Can a business have more than one location?”Yes, up to the active subscription’s displayed location limit. Each service and staff profile belongs to a location, so complete the branch setup before adding them.
Appointments and staff

Section titled “Why is a service missing from staff assignment?”The service must be active, bookable and created for the same location as the staff member. A service group is a non-bookable parent; assign the exact variants the person can perform.
Can I change a service type later?
Section titled “Can I change a service type later?”No. Standard Service, Service Group and Service Variant are locked after creation to protect appointments, invoices, packages and staff assignments. Create the correct replacement and deactivate the old service when it already has history.
Reviews and subscription

Section titled “Does a location Google Review URL enable the full review flow?”No. Keep the business-level Google Review URL configured. A location URL can then be used as the branch-specific final destination.
Why is Add Location disabled?
Section titled “Why is Add Location disabled?”The active-location count has reached the subscription limit. Review the counter shown on Business → Locations before changing the plan or asking Support about an unused location.
Why can I view a page but not save a change?
Section titled “Why can I view a page but not save a change?”Check the active subscription, role permission, assigned location and any action-specific permission. Some pages remain available for reference while operational writes are paused.
