Create Your Business Account
Create a business account when your organisation is new to Yepsta. The person registering should be authorised to act as the business owner and should use contact details the business will retain.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”- Check that the business does not already have a Yepsta account.
- Use an email address that the owner can open immediately.
- Keep the business mobile available for WhatsApp verification during onboarding.
- Have the correct business name and operating details ready.
Where to find it
Section titled “Where to find it”Open Yepsta and choose the option to create a business account.
Create the account
Section titled “Create the account”Register and verify the owner account
- Enter the owner and business information requested on the registration screen.
- Check the email address carefully before submitting the form.
- Read and accept the terms or notices shown to you.
- Submit the registration.
- Open the verification message sent to the registered email address and complete email verification.
- Return to Yepsta and continue into business onboarding.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”Yepsta opens the onboarding flow. Email verification is required before the business can go live. The separate business-mobile step uses a WhatsApp OTP and is completed during onboarding.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Check spam or junk folders if the email does not arrive.
- Confirm that you registered with the intended email address.
- Avoid repeatedly submitting the registration form.
- If the email belongs to an existing account, return to sign-in instead of registering again.
