Complete Business Onboarding
Onboarding creates the owner account, default location and operating settings that the rest of Yepsta uses. Complete it with approved business, billing and contact information.
Before you begin
Section titled “Before you begin”Have access to the owner email and business WhatsApp mobile. Prepare the business category, operating mode, primary-location address, public profile details, weekly timings, GST details if registered, billing state and payment method for the selected subscription.
Where to find onboarding
Section titled “Where to find onboarding”Yepsta sends an account that has not completed setup back to onboarding after sign-in. The visible progress steps begin with business setup after account registration, email verification and the welcome screen.
Complete onboarding
Section titled “Complete onboarding”- Account and Verify: register the owner account and verify its email.
- Welcome: begin the guided business setup.
- Business: confirm the business name, category and whether it offers services, products or both.
- Mobile: enter the business mobile and complete the required WhatsApp OTP verification.
- Location: add the primary branch name, contact, complete address, city, state and six-digit pincode.
- Branding: add the approved brand colour, tagline, description, profile image and public links you want to use.
- Timing: confirm the business offering mode, appointment setting, public-timing preference and weekly hours for the default location.
- GST & Billing: state whether the business is GST registered, add legal and billing details, and provide GSTIN when applicable.
- Plan: select and activate a subscription that supports the required number of locations.
- Review and launch: correct every item marked incomplete, then launch the business workspace.
Final launch checks
Section titled “Final launch checks”Yepsta requires a verified email, valid business identity and mode, business mobile, successful WhatsApp verification, complete primary location, billing state, GST identity and address when registered, and an active subscription. Review and launch lists anything still missing.
If mobile verification is incomplete, the review page lets you change the number and retry. After verification, it reloads and recalculates launch readiness.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- If Continue is disabled on Mobile, complete WhatsApp verification first.
- If Review and launch reports an incomplete location, check address, city, state and pincode.
- If GST registration is enabled, confirm the legal name, GSTIN, billing address and pincode.
- If launch remains blocked after payment, refresh once and check that the plan shows as active before contacting Support.
