Troubleshooting Basics
Use these checks before changing setup or creating replacement records. Stop if retrying an action could duplicate a location, user, service, payment, import or communication.
Symptom
Section titled “Symptom”A workflow is missing, blocked, inconsistent or appears not to have completed.
Most likely causes
Section titled “Most likely causes”The common causes are missing required data, wrong business/location context, role permission, owner-only access, subscription state, a conditional provider feature, or a source record whose status does not match the report or action.
Safe checks
Section titled “Safe checks”- Read the exact on-screen message and check every required field.
- Confirm you are signed in to the intended business account.
- Confirm the page’s selected location and that your user is assigned to it.
- Check whether the subscription is active when a save or operational action is blocked.
- Ask the owner to review the Manager or Staff permission under Settings → Team Access.
- Check whether the page or action is owner-only or has an additional availability condition.
- Refresh once after preserving any non-sensitive unsaved text.
- Sign out and back in only when it is safe to leave the current form.
Resolution
Section titled “Resolution”- Onboarding: verify email, complete the WhatsApp OTP, fill the primary address and billing state, and confirm the subscription is active.
- Location missing: check assigned branches and the page’s own location selector.
- Service missing: confirm it is active, bookable and belongs to the selected location.
- Staff cannot be booked: confirm exact service assignment, staff availability and business hours.
- Module missing: check role permissions; User Management remains owner-only.
When to contact Support
Section titled “When to contact Support”Contact Support when permission, location and subscription state look correct but the action remains blocked, a completed payment did not activate, a provider-dependent feature is unavailable, or safe reconciliation does not resolve a discrepancy.
Information to provide
Section titled “Information to provide”Note the task, page label, selected location, exact message, approximate time and checks already attempted. A screenshot can help only after customer, financial, salary, OTP and contact data are hidden.
Information never to share
Section titled “Information never to share”Never share passwords, OTPs, access tokens, webhook secrets, UPI PINs, card security codes, complete salary exports or unnecessary customer data.
