Track Outstanding Customer and Supplier Balances

Outstanding Receivables / Payables brings together customer invoice dues and supplier expense dues for follow-up.

Open Accounting → Outstanding Manager.

Prioritize follow-up
  1. Choose All, Receivables Only or Payables Only.
  2. Select a Location when reviewing one branch.
  3. Search by customer name, phone or invoice number for a receivable.
  4. Select a Supplier for a payable review.
  5. Choose an Age Bucket: 0–30, 31–60, 61–90 or 90+ days.
  6. Review outstanding receivables, payables, entry counts and net exposure.
  7. Open or locate the source invoice or expense before contacting the party or recording settlement.

Receivables list unpaid and partially paid customer invoices. Payables list unpaid and partially paid supplier/vendor expense records. Age is calculated from the source record date, so confirm the actual agreed due date outside Yepsta when your terms differ.

For a customer due, record the verified payment on the invoice. For a supplier due, use the payment action on the unpaid or partially paid expense. The outstanding screen updates from those source records; it does not itself collect or send money.
