Contact Support when a verified workflow still fails, access appears incorrect, or the required task is not documented.

Signed-in owners, managers and staff can open Support from the Yepsta navigation. If you cannot sign in, use the official Yepsta contact page.

Send a useful support request
  1. State the outcome you were trying to achieve.
  2. Name the exact page and selected location.
  3. Describe what you expected and what happened.
  4. Copy the exact error wording, if one appeared.
  5. List the troubleshooting already completed.
  6. Attach a screenshot only after removing private information.
  7. Submit the request and keep later replies in the same support conversation.

You may include a business name, page label, approximate time, non-sensitive record reference and masked contact value when needed. Provide only what the form requests.
