Prepare the request
Section titled “Prepare the request”Send a useful support request
- State the outcome you were trying to achieve.
- Name the exact page and selected location.
- Describe what you expected and what happened.
- Copy the exact error wording, if one appeared.
- List the troubleshooting already completed.
- Attach a screenshot only after removing private information.
- Submit the request and keep later replies in the same support conversation.
Safe information to include
Section titled “Safe information to include”You may include a business name, page label, approximate time, non-sensitive record reference and masked contact value when needed. Provide only what the form requests.
